Children develop their skills through three progression routes: Creators, Makers, and Leaders.
Children build their own ideas with 1:1 mentoring, turning them into real, independent ventures.
Children receive ongoing support to grow their confidence, develop their business, and take it further.

At Little Bosses Academy, we don’t just teach business; we develop confident, capable young people. Everything we do is grounded in psychology and built around how children naturally grow, learn, and build independence. Through real-world experiences, children develop the mindset, skills, and confidence they need to take ownership of their ideas and actions.
We guide this development through our S.T.E.W.A.R.D Process, a psychology-led framework built from our research in child development, designed to help children become more aware, more responsible, and more capable over time.

Meet Giselle
My journey through education hasn’t been straightforward.
There were times I struggled, times where I didn’t feel confident, didn’t feel engaged, and didn’t feel like I was reaching what I was capable of.
That began to change when I found myself in environments that supported me differently.
Not by giving me more instructions but by giving me space to think, try, and figure things out. That’s where my confidence grew and things started to shift.I became more willing to try, more able to follow things through and more sure of myself.
That experience stayed with me and shaped how I see children and what they need. Little Bosses Academy was created from that understanding. A space where children develop confidence, take ownership, and grow into who they are—through experiences that stay with them.
Because when that shift happens, everything begins to change.
