Assembly Booking Policy – Hello Little Genius Thank you for choosing the Little Bosses: Entrepreneurship Assembly by Hello Little Genius — a high-energy, hands-on experience that inspires children to think boldly, lead confidently, and dream big. 📍 Travel Area & Fees We are proudly based in Swindon and offer our assemblies at a fixed rate to schools within a 25-mile radius. If your school is outside this area, we’d still love to work with you — travel costs may apply and will be discussed at the time of enquiry. 📅 Booking Details Assemblies are available Monday–Friday during term time. Each session lasts approximately 30–45 minutes and is suitable for KS1, KS2, or whole-school audiences. Bookings should be made at least 3 weeks in advance. 👤 Your Facilitator All sessions are led by a trained Hello Little Genius facilitator, fully DBS checked and experienced in working with primary-aged children. Facilitators will arrive in Hello Little Genius uniform and bring all necessary materials. 🎁 What’s Included An engaging, age-appropriate entrepreneurship assembly A free follow-up classroom activity pack Optional digital shout-out for your school (with permission) ❗ Cancellations Cancellations made more than 7 days before the session can be rescheduled free of charge.
